The Weeping Arch and brick fence are all made of shalestone that surrounds Cedar Grove Cemetery. 
The Weeping Arch is on Queen Street and the shalestone sweats. Legend has it - if a drop of water falls 
on you when going through the weeping arch - you will be the next one carried into the cemetery - 
"in a hearse".
