The first document (peggy1) is a land deed and it has Patients Carmack, Farnifold Carmack, and Thomas Carmack. Thomas is my great grandfather.

In obedience to the Anni_ed writt we/the within named commissioners to make partition or devision of the land and ten a ments late the property of Patients Carmack amongst her respect we heirs George W. West represents Farnafold Carmack in said division by due date or deed of conveyances to the said west. Bryant _ Outlaw represents Levy Carmack in said division by deed of conveyances. Said Outlaw = after viewing said lands and being duly sworn according to a lot and lay of said lands as follows we alot and lay of lot no-1-to George W. West __________ beginning at a stake in the ________ line of Richard Blackledge 640 ____ _____ and runs with said line So-90 west 220 ____ into the Seyprones swamp then south 10 East 52 pole then no-80 East to Richard Blackledge 500 ___ patent line and with the said Blackledges patent lines to the begining containing 69 acres--we alot and lay a lot no-2-to George W. West. valued at $207 begining at the north corner of lot no-l-and work the reverse of said line tp-__ ___ 220 from then 10-Et 52 from then no-80 Et to Richard Blackledges patent line and with the same to the begining containing 69 acres ___ ___ we alot and lay a lot no-3-to Thomas Carmack valued at $207 begining at the forth corner of lot no 2 and ____ the reverse of the same so 80 with 220 pole then so 10-Et 52 ___ then no- 220 __ then to the begining containing 69 acres we alot and lay of lot no-4-to Bryan K. Outlaw valued at $207 begining at the fourth corner of lot no-5 and and ___ the reverse of the ____-80 Et 220 __ then So-10-Etm 32 __ then So-80-West 8 ___ to the ___ patent line then to __ ___ then no-30 East 10_ __ then no-80 Et 100 ___ then to the beginning 70 acres

The second document (peggy2) is a last will and testament document for Thomas Carmack and Sarah Florence Carmack. They are my great grandparents from Craven County. My grandfather, Kirby Carmack, and his brother and sisters are listed by name on this document.

That Thomas Carmack ___ of said county, is dead, without leaving any WILL and TESTAMENT and that Sarah F. Carmack the _____ person entitled to Letters of Administration on the estate of the said Thomas Carmack
