May 13, 1808 Edenton Gazette May 26, 1808 -- The schooner RATTLE AND SNAP of North Carolina (says the U. S. Gazette of the 12th inst.) upset on Sunday night last in a squall off the lower end of Tinicum and sunk in the channel-- seven hands lost and one saved.
