August 04, 1922. Charlotte Observer. MRS. ELLEN RUSSELL New Bern, Aug. 3 - The funeral of Mrs. Ellen RUSSELL, wife of R. J. RUSSELL, who died at her home here Tuesday afternoon, was conducted from the home Wednesday afternoon by Rev. J. H. HODGES, pastor of Tabernacle Baptist church, of which the deceased was a devoted member. Interment was made in Cedar Grove cemetery. Mrs. RUSSELL was in her 65th year, and she leaves surviving her, her husband, a son, Bob RUSSELL, of this city, and a sister, Mrs. Jennie GLASS, of Georgia, who was here at the time of her sister's death. Mrs. RUSSELL had been ill for several months. Please do not contact me as I do not have any information on these individuals.
