Tues. Feb. 16, 1819, Edenton Gazette DIED, on Wednesday, the 31st inst., in the Town of Newbern, without a moment's previous notice, at an advanced age, JAMES McKINLAY, ESQ., one of the most opulent and worthy inhabitants of that place. MR. McKINLAY was a native of Scotland, and had resided in that Town many years.
