Obituary of Sadie White Hyman ~ 2008

Sadie White Hyman

Sadie White Hyman, 80, of 1304 Williams St. New Bern, died Tuesday, 
November 25, 2008 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.

As a member of Little Rock M. B. Church,she served on the Mother's Board 
and previously was pianist for the Junion Chorus and the Little Rock Men's 
Chorus. She was a retired barber fromerly employed at the Vail's Barber Shop.

Funeral will be 2:00 pm Sunday at Little Rock M. B. Church with the Reverend 
James Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

She is survived by three sons, Bruce Hyman, Ernest Hyman, and Clarence 
Hyman all of New Bern; one daughter Leola Hyman of Raleigh; three brothers, 
Otto White, Sr., Vander Lee White, Sr. and Kennie White all of New Bern; two 
sisters Lydia Wylie and Menral Hassell both of New Bern; nine grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the residence.

Viewing will be Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 
2:00 PM and one hour prior to the service Sunday at the church.
