NOTICE WILL BE SOLD On the 1st day of April next at the dwelling house of the late Redding Fatheree, dec. sundry articles of household and kitchen furniture together with the house and improvements standing on part of the public at No. 249 Broad Street, nearly opposite Mr. Edward Grahams, with one year and two months lease to come of said ground. Six months credit will be given, the purchasers giving note with approved indorsers at the Bank of Newbern. All persons having demands against said estate are requested to exhibit the same within the time prescribed by law, otherwise they will be barred of payment.
